 Kathryn “Mandie” Martin |
Kathryn “Mandie” Martin primarily practices in the area of residential and commercial real estate, handling real estate transactions and real estate related litigation. Ms. Martin is a member of the American Bar Association, Young Lawyer’s Division and Real Property, Probate, and Trust Section and the South Carolina Bar Association, Young Lawyer’s Division. Before entering law school, Ms. Martin was a Real Estate Paralegal for five years. She is licensed to practice law in South Carolina. Ms. Martin graduated from the University of South Carolina, Columbia, South Carolina, with a degree in political science. She received her law degree from the University of South Carolina, School of Law. While in law school, she received the CALI Award for academic excellence in Real Estate Transactions. Ms. Martin is a member of the Charitable Society of Charleston and a past co-chair of the Reindeer Run. She is also a volunteer for the South Carolina Bar, Young Lawyer’s Division, Cinderella Project.
