Kelly Knight |
Kelly Knight’s primary areas of practice include commercial and residential real estate transactions, business transactions and corporate law. She also serves as Attorney for the Town of Ridgeville, South Carolina, and formerly represented the Town of Summerville as corporate counsel. Ms. Knight is licensed to practice law in South Carolina and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Dorchester County Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar Association, and the South Carolina Association for Justice. She graduated from the College of Charleston with a Degree in Psychology, and received her law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Active in the community, Ms. Knight serves on the Greater Summerville/Dorchester County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and as Chairman of the Greater Summerville/Dorchester County Chamber of Commerce Young Professional’s Council. She is a sustaining member of the Junior Service League of Summerville, and an active member of the Summerville Rotary Club. She serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of Pinewood Preparatory School. She is a member and past president of the Kiwanis Club of Summerville. She is also a past board member of the Dorchester Interfaith Outreach ministries (locally known as the Palmetto House) and past president of the Dorchester County Bar Association. Ms. Knight was born and raised in Summerville and resides there with her two children, Madelyn and Troy. |
